UTICA– The halls of Utica High School were quiet Wednesday morning as students mourned the loss of Macine “Maci” Randall, a 17-year-old senior who friends said always made them smile.

Friends and family members remember Jeff Robinson and Maci Randall as selfless, giving people. Both Licking County residents were able continue to help others after their deaths by being organ donors. Randall, 17, of Utica, and Robinson, 48, of Pataskala, were killed in January car crashes. Randall died on Jan. 6, two days after she was injured in a car crash on U.S. 62. Robinson died Jan. 27, two days after a driver, who police say was fleeing a traffic stop, slammed into his vehicle on Ohio 79.
