Ways to Register
Anyone can say YES to organ, eye and tissue donation. If you haven't already said YES at the BMV, there are three easy ways to register:

Register online. You’ll need a valid Ohio driver license or state identification card.

Say YES at the BMV when you receive or renew your driver license or state identification card. You should also talk to your family about your decision so that they can help to honor it.

Complete and mail a Donor Registry enrollment form.
